  1. We will not tolerate deviation or dilution of laid down systems and procedures
  2. We will not tolerate any injustice towards our employees, customers or vendors
  3. We will not tolerate any non-compliance of statutory or legal obligations at any level
  4. We will not tolerate and will remove employees whose loss of integrity has been proven
  5. We will not tolerate incompetent and certainly not tolerate errors at any level
  6. We will not tolerate breach of commitment at any level within the organization

  9. We will not tolerate acts of indiscipline, misuse of delegated authority and blackmailing at any level
